Rather than developing its own system, the Redmond company has preferred to rely on a specialized service that you may know as this is BitPay.

This is not the first time that Microsoft shows its interest in Bitcoin. Bing is actually able to take into account for this currency conversions for some months now.

According to Forbes, this new mode of payment would be mostly a test. If the sauce is, Microsoft could eventually offer it for all its products, even those sold in physical stores.

Coincidence or not, Apple has also deployed an update of its site. Internet users can now use their PayPal account to pay for their orders. Be careful though because this function is limited to the English version and the American version of the store. It is therefore not possible to take advantage of this new means of payment in France.
