To complete a factory reset there are a number of methods for Huawei Ascend G330
to try:
Method 1) From the home screen, press Menu -> Backup and reset -> Factory data reset -> Reset mobile phone. It may request for a PIN/password. Then choose Erase all
If the mobile phone is entirely unresponsive, even after a reboot, then attempt the following methods.
Method 2) When the Huawei Ascend G330 mobile phone is turned off,
· Press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down keys together.

· Press and hold down Volume Up + Home + Power keys at the same time.
· Then release the keys when you see the Logo.
