There are two ways:
- Menu - Settings - SD card & storage -Factory data reset
- First, turn the mobile phone off (if the mobile phone is frozen Next to that,erase the battery and put it back in)
- Next to that, Press and hold the Power and Camera keys
- Release the Camera key when prompted
- Press and Hold the Volume Down key
- A yellow exclamation mark should be displayed on the screen
- Select the option to Wipe data / factory reset (Alt + W)
