Option 1:
If the mobile phone boots normally and functioning, you can process to
Settings -> Privacy -> Factory data reset -> Reset phone -> Erase everything
to clean up the mobile phone.
If the mobile phone is frozen, you may press and hold power switch for 10-15 seconds for the mobile phone to reboot. You may also make an effort with below steps if it still does not work.
Option 2:
You can call *2767*3855# in dial pad to factory reset the phone.
Option 3:
Hold Home + Volume up keys and press power on. Release the power switch when the Samsung logo comes up.
Select Factory wipe in the menu
Reboot the cell phone by selecting reboot in the menu
