It is very normal that someone may forget anything at a point of time. But continuous mistake in every month means you deliberately delaying the reporting.I think, your mistake should not amount to the suffering for others. Generally, we do not expect more than 3 days from the last day of every month to have your Finished Goods report been submitted to us. If you have any problem to submit the Report on-time then please let the Management know. I think you understand the urgency level. One more point, It was very indecent that you have cut my Phone call in such a way.
